Hybrid training is a combination of both in-person 1 on 1 training and online personal training and coaching.  It's the best of both worlds and still affordable. Train with me 2 to 4 times a month with 1 on 1 training and get custom workouts to do on your phone at home, in the gym or while traveling.


Hybrid training is an affordable alternative to an in-person-only training program. You will still receive the benefit of meeting with your personal trainer while you follow a customized exercise program independently.

  •  You can do the app workouts anywhere! I will create the workouts to reflect the equipment you have access to. The in-person sessions can be done at Mansfield Fitness  or at your home.
